AS9120A-2009 Policy and Procedure Manual for Distributors (Download)

This Policy and Procedure Manual is based on the most current ISO AS 9120A -2009 Quality Management System Standard for Aviation, Space and Defense Distributors.

It is designed for companies that purchase and distribute aerospace and related hardware and products.

This Manual includes 

Self Certification: This system allows you to self certify as a first option, once the complete system has been implemented and internal audit proves compliance.

Company Policy: The Manual comes with a Company Policy including Key Objectives as required by the standard.

Procedures: The Manual contains all mandatory procedures, including describing methods for each and all 42 element sections, making it easy to understand the system as a whole. A Key Processes in Sequence Chart, required by the standard, is included showing how the key elements interact.

Training:  The Manual provides a training program that enables you to meet internal training requirements as required by the standard.

Control Forms: The Manual includes a complete set of 28 Control Forms, including forms that enable you to provide records such as: Sales Order Form, Receiving Inspection Log, Nonconformance and Corrective Action Report and Log, Inspection and Test Report, Inspection Equipment Calibration File, Management Review Log, QMS Performance Rating Chart, Organization Chart, Checklists, etc.

Note: Most forms are for reference only, or need to be used only semi annually.

It also includes a Quality Performance Rating Chart showing results of internal audit findings and the state of performance of planned quality objectives as required in the Quality Policy and Quality Objective section.
