This Downloadable Policy and Procedure Manual is based on the TS 16949-2009 quality management system standard for automotive production and services part organizations. It is designed for any company that needs to meet this standard and/or is seeking consistency in quality of manufactured products, but in particular for OEM and subcontractors to the automotive industry. This manual contains all the requirements to get certified and registered.

What the download contains:

Quality Policies: Contains all the standard requirements in form of policies and objectives and makes reference to respective procedures to meet such shall requirements.

Company Policy: Provides you with the company policy and with key objectives.

Complete set of Procedures: Procedures include clause 7.3-Product Design. The procedures describe how to control and set up a manufacturing and machine shop operation involved in aircraft/aerospace products, from review of a request for quotation to customer order or contract, to assigning a work order number, opening up a job or work order file to purchasing and receiving inspection, to planning of the required manufacturing operations including first article, in process and final inspection operations to packaging and shipping operations. A complete calibration, stockroom and training program are part of the procedures.

Work Instructions: A complete set of ready to use work instructions in support of the procedures describing how each key functions of the Quality Management System is carried out.

Training Program: Enables you to meet internal training requirements and at the same time meet standard requirements.

Calibration: Respective procedures and work instruction describe best practices methods on how to set up a certifiable IMT equipment calibration system and meeting standard requirements and is supported by applicable control forms.

Control Forms: A complete set of 38 control forms such as: An process organization chart, control plan, job card-shop traveler, inspection reports for first article, in process and final inspection, nonconformance report and nonconformance control log, receiving inspection log, inspection equipment calibration forms, it also includes a flow chart that shows the flow of key processes in sequence as required in clause 4.1, and a chart showing the four level system documentation pyramid concept the QMS manual is based on.

Quality Performance Rating Chart: Shows in metrics the results and performance of quality objectives stated in the   Quality Policy and Quality Objective section.

Instruction Guide how to implement:  A step by step helping you in simple and easy to follow steps how to go about to implement your manuals and forms, and to arrive at a certifiable Quality Management System.
