The founder of QCSS, a strong believer in practical quality concepts, has successfully applied quality principles and custom designed quality systems as an aerospace manufacturer, that earned him a "Zero Defect Record" for five consecutive years with the Department of Defense and Aerospace Prime Contractors. He is the author and publisher of numerous books and guidelines on quality, and was involved in the aerospace and defense manufacturing for close to thirty years. QCSS incorporates this career experience into all of it's products and services.

QCSS specializes in uniquely designed quality systems based on national and international Quality Standards and provides a broad scope of services, from complete quality system manuals, programs, software, books and guidelines on quality, to hands on quality system assesment, implementation, internal audits and maintenance of ISO 9001-9003, *D1-9000 (Aircraft), AS 9000 (Aerospace) and QS 9000 (Automotive) Quality Systems.
